Returns Policy

At Kickin Confectionery we believe sweets should always bring a smile. Every sweet is chosen, packed, and shipped with care so that your order reaches you fresh and full of flavour. Because sweets are perishable and intended for immediate enjoyment, our approach to returns and refunds is a little different from shops. We want to be clear and fair so you always know what to expect when ordering from us.

For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns if you change your mind, decide you do not like a particular flavour, or ordered the wrong item. Once sweets leaves our warehouse it cannot be resold or repackaged. This is to ensure that every single customer receives sweets that are safe, fresh, and untouched. For this reason all sales are considered final unless there is a problem with your order.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items we want to hear from you straight away. Please check your package as soon as it arrives and contact us within 48 hours if there is an issue. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and contents so we can investigate quickly. Once we review the information we will offer a fair solution which may be a replacement of the affected items, a store credit, or a refund. Our goal is always to make things right without delay.

Refunds are only issued in cases where the order was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and will always be returned to the original method of payment. Shipping fees are not refundable unless the problem was caused by our error. In rare cases we may approve a partial refund if an item is slightly affected but still safe to eat.

Cancellations may be possible if requested shortly after placing an order. We allow cancellations within a small window of time, generally around two hours, provided your order has not already been prepared or shipped. Once sweets have been packed and handed over to our delivery courier. it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

We do everything possible to pack our sweets securely so they reach you in perfect condition. After delivery it becomes the customer’s responsibility to store products correctly. We recommend keeping sweets in a cool, dry place away from heat or direct sunlight. Chocolate, fudge, and other meltable items may need refrigeration during warmer months. We cannot provide refunds or replacements for items that melt, spoil, or are damaged due to improper storage after they arrive safely with you.

At Kickin Confectionery our promise is to treat every customer with fairness and care. While we cannot accept returns of edible items for safety reasons, we are committed to providing excellent service and resolving any issues quickly. If something isn’t right with your order we will always do our best to put it right, whether that means sending a replacement, offering store credit, or issuing a refund when appropriate.
